Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, but we keep it low. Our minimum order quantity is just 5 of the same model and size. We aim to keep order quantities low to benefit all of our customers whilst also bearing in mind our own efficiencies and change over times.
What if I want to order less than 5?
Our UK stockist Abbey England Ltd can help with smaller quantities of our generic models.
What is the difference between a Hook 2 bar and a Hook 3 bar?
The hook 2 bar is shorter and mainly used on close contact and eventing trees whereas the Hook 3 bar is longer and generally used on dressage trees but its your choice.
Can I use my own bars?
Sure. Just let us know that you want to order the saddle tree without bars. Or we can fit your own bars for you.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Simply email us the details at sales@lariot.co.uk using the XT reference of the tree. All of our trees start with XT then the model number. Example: “I would like to order 5 x XT-250D in size 17.5”
Can I set up an account?
For new customers the first order is done on a pro-forma basis. For future orders we can set up a credit account.
What are your credit terms?
Our credit terms are 30 days.
